THE STORY
We’re often asked what Hydda means — and where it comes from.
So here’s the story behind the name, the values and the idea that shaped Hydda.
Hydda is a Swedish word meaning shelter or cabin. A hydda is built from natural materials to protect people from the elements. It must be strong, thoughtful and in balance with its surroundings.
That idea became the foundation of Hydda.
To us, Hydda represents a shelter for brands.
The shelter is built with respect for nature and guided by strong values. It’s designed to last. And just like a well-built cabin, it stands firm even when conditions are challenging.
In recent years, brands have faced unprecedented turbulence: war, energy crises, pandemics and constant market uncertainty. We believe that brands built responsibly, with clarity and purpose, are better equipped to last.
The Hydda Growth Model is our way of turning this idea into practice. It gives structure to how we design concepts, create content and distribute stories — not as one-off efforts, but as a continuous process built for long-term relevance and growth. In a changing world, we help brands stay grounded, adapt with confidence and build something that truly lasts.
